Manufactured circa 1977. Standard 20" matte finished "C MP CHROME BORE" marked pencil profile barrel fitted with earlier style duck bill 3-prong flash hider and protected post front sight with bayonet lug. Carry handle upper without forward assist. Standard 2-leaf aperture rear sight. Carry handle mounted with a Japanese-manufactured Colt 3x20 optic. Standard matte finished lower receiver marked on the left with maker and model information. Furniture includes 2-piece triangular handguard, checkered polymer pistol grip, and fixed polymer stock with trap butt plate. Accompanied by a 20-round aluminum Colt magazine. CONDITION: Very good overall. Rifle retains the majority of its factory applied finishes with some light wear and scattered marks. Stocks are likewise very good with some scattered marks. Fine bright bore. Mechanically fine. Optic is clear.
