C. 1910 the Mills Novelty Company in Chicago, Illinois. This cast iron penny scale is in original condition with recently applied blue paint. It has the original porcelain dial, showing no chips or distinguishable imperfections. It has the original marquee and Mills foot plate. CONDITION: It has the original backdoor with no lock, indicator dial which has become loose behind the glass and Mills decal to the front. The blue paint shows areas of paint loss, scuffs and scrapes from handling and use.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
