This is an Olympic Arms registered SAW-15 machine gun, and is so marked on the left side of the receiver above the trigger. This is a select fire machine gun, and receiver next to the selector indicates “SAFE”, “FIRE”, and “AUTO” as factory marked. This model has the forward assist on the right side of receiver and bayonet lug. Barrel is unmarked. One unmarked, new-in-wrapper with NSN number 30-round magazine is included as well as G.I. cleaning rod, brushes, sling, and April 1977 issue TM operator’s manual. NFA registry indicates “OLYMPIC ARMS (SGW)” as the manufacturer. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original finish throughout including composite furnishings. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face is near excellent. This is a select-fire machine gun. Just a great round handguard M16A1 without the Colt name. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2024-05-57.
