SSC. A nice collection of 2 c. 1940s and 1950s single-sided cardboard signs from Hires Root Beer, featuring wonderful color and graphics. CONDITION: (A) The cardboard with the blue background shows heavy damage around the outer edges, where there is paper tearing and cardboard loss. There is discoloration and staining in the field. (B) The cardboard with the woman graphic remains exceptionally clean. There are only a few minor tears and damage to the left border and in the bottom-right corner. Otherwise, the field remains exceptionally clean.
