SST/SST. A collection of two embossed tin Hires Root Beer painted metal signs. CONDITION: (A) The Hires "Delicious in Bottles" embossed tin sign has good color throughout with areas of surface staining and surface scratching. The sign has multiple areas of paint loss, as well as added hanging holes and paint loss around the outer edges. (7.9). (B) The embossed Hires "Have a Hires and Refresh" embossed tin sign has fair color throughout, with minor crinkles and paint loss in the inner and outer fields. The sign shows areas of surface scratching with paint loss. The outer edges of the sign also have added holes and paint loss. (7.25).
