SST. Maker marked "Chas. W. Shonk Litho Co." A c. 1920s "Drink Hires It's Pure" single-sided embossed tin sign. CONDITION: The sign has good color and shine with excellent crackle paint throughout the raised "Hires" lettering. The sign has minor areas of surface staining and very minor areas of paint loss both in the inner and outer field. The sign has significant paint flaking running along the outer edge of the piece, as well as paint loss and added holes in the top right and left-hand corners.
