A nice example of this early ceramic syrup dispenser from Hires Root Beer with a nice 5¢ graphic. CONDITION: The body of the ceramic dispenser shows a fair amount of brown staining, likely from absorbing syrup over the years. The top lip of the dispenser remains uncracked. There are general crazing and surface abrasions consistent with age throughout the gloss. This piece retains an age appropriate syrup pump, that may or may not be original to the dispenser.
