It is maker's marked "The HD Beach Company." A nice example of this exceedingly rare and early Hires Root Beer tray, featuring a wonderful ugly kid graphic. CONDITION: The field of this tray shows discoloration and paint loss. There is surface oxidation throughout, the worst of which is in the bottom center edge of the tray. The outer edges show heavier paint loss and surface scratching throughout.
