Single 15" Globe Lens on Metal High Profile Body. Exceptionally clean C. 1930's Globe Lens for Clipper Gasoline showing large Airplane graphic. A product of Independent Petroleum Company, Portland, Oregon. CONDITION: Lens is outstanding overall showing brilliant color & gloss with very limited surface wear in the field. Lens shows only very faint edge and notch wear and appears to possibly be N.O.S. Lens is set on a new High Profile Metal Body which has been painted in black and shows a frosted lens on the backside. A brilliant example.
