A Birch-Ola syrup dispenser, distributed by the Birch-Ola Company out of Dixon City, Pennsylvania. CONDITION: There is significant staining to the outside of the syrup dispenser, with crazing to the finish. There are two chips in the lip underneath the rim, clearly marked for the manufacturing company on the bottom. It comes with an original ball pump.
