Lot consists of: (A) Muskrat fur gloves with leather palms and red chintz lining. Right glove exhibits faint quartermaster stamp. 1 noticeable area of fur loss on the right glove. (B) Buffalo fur mittens with blue wool lining. (C) Pattern 1879 muskrat fur hat with red chintz lining. Complete with tie string that remains intact. (D) Pattern 1879 muskrat fur hat with brown lining. Tie string is tied over top of hat but fragile. (E) M1884 cold weather hood marked "U.S.Q.M.D. / Philada. Depot / Size 4 / 1885-86". 1st pattern hood with brown lining. Complete with all black rubber buttons. Lining exhibits some staining but remains intact overall. (F) 2nd pattern hood lined with red chintz. Dark reddish brown exterior. Cuter tag attached to front that reads "Phila. Deopt / Size 6". Light blemishes to exterior but clean overall. CONDITION: Good-very good.
