SSP. Maker Marked "Brilliant Mfg. Co." A nice collection of three early single sided porcelain license plates from Pennsylvania, all featuring the "Non-Transferable" attachment plate on the left side. CONDITION: These plates all remain in similarly nice condition with a few porcelain chips to the outer edges and mounting holes. The color and shine remains vibrant. Each shows the manufacturer stamp on the backside.
