DSP. This C. 1920's double sided porcelain flange sign from Lowr Brothers High Standard Paint features a pennant flag graphic with good color and gloss. CONDITION: Side 1 shows porcelain chips and touch up in both the blue and white sections of the field. The outer edges show porcelain chipping and wear as well. The bottom left corner shows significant porcelain loss and touch up. The flange section shows porcelain loss as well, and one section that has been cut, however, is still attached (7.0). Side 2 remains in similar condition with heavy surface scrapes, porcelain loss, and touch up in the field. The top top and bottom right corners show heavy porcelain loss and touch up as well. The outer edges show general wear and oxidation (6.75).
