DLO registered sideplate Model 1919A4 Browning air-cooled machine gun with M2 mount, including traverse & elevation gear and G.I. canvas mount cover, spare barrel, 1919A6 type spare muzzle, spare barrel, and original G.I. canvas gun cover. Gun is marked as “MAN’FD by DLO” above "SAGINAW STEERING GEAR DIV GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION” on right sideplate. Bolt is unmarked on top. Electronic NFA registry indicates “OEFINGER, DOUGLAS DBA DLO MFG” as the manufacturer. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance is near excellent as refinished upon remanufacture and shows no evidence of being fired since remanufacture. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face is near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a full-auto only machine gun. The Browning machine gun is a mainstay of the Class III shooting community with abundant spare parts available and convertible to multiple calibers. Pretty difficult to upgrade the condition of this specimen. Just add belts and ammunition and you are ready to take this gun to the range and enjoy many hours of recreational shooting.
