Single Sided Paper. Maker Marked "Hoen & Co. Baltimore, MD." This C. 1890's single sided paper sign from the G.W. Gail and Ax Tobacco Works shows an impressive factory scene graphic with an ornate custom frame. CONDITION: The field of this lithograph remains clean and vibrant. The outer field shows a few light areas of discoloration, most notably a spot near the top right corner. The extreme outer edges of the sign are concealed by the custom mat and frame. The frame is made of oak and features impressive floral scrolling all the way around.
