Complete 15" Globe on Metal High Profile Body. C. 1940's. "Black Letter" Variation. Mobil Oil Corporation, New York, NY. CONDITION: Lens one is outstanding showing minimal surface scratching with clean Pegasus graphic. Lens one shows light mounting notch wear with a clean remaining outer edge, (GRADE 92). Lens two also showing excellent color & gloss with only faint surface wear in the field. Lens two shows two minor paint nicks along the upper edge with light mounting notch wear, (GRADE 93). Lenses are set on a new high profile metal body which has been professionally painted in red. An excellent displaying example.
