Pre-Prohibition. c.1890s. A difficult to find example. CONDITION: Brilliant bright blues with nice original gloss to the stoneware. There is a black mark on the top edge of the rim, which cannot be seen with the lid down. It has some other very minor wear to the rim edge and light wear to the pewter lid along with minor wear along the bottom edges. There is a minor imperfection on the bottom edge left side, closest to the handle.
