Pre-Prohibition. A difficult to find banner. CONDITION: The felt is in good condition, not dry rotted. There is a tear to the left side, but the piece is still attached. It has the original metal band at the top. There is a small tear to the upper left and right corners. It has the manufacture tag on the backside.
