Pre-Prohibition. C. 1910s. Manufactured by Ketterlinus Philadelphia. As marked in the bottom right corner. A beautiful scene of an African American waiter serving a couple in a train car. CONDITION: It shows some general light wear, with overall spot staining to the white trim. There is some water staining on the left side edge.
