Pre-Prohibition, early 1900s. St. Joseph, MO. A difficult to find Victorian woman with a large hat scene. Beautiful detail throughout. CONDITION: It has beautiful colors and detail. The sign has creasing and cracking to the canvas like material throughout. There are restoration spots in the top section through the top of the "G," "O" and "E," the 1914 greetings mark and several other small places, as well as the bottom left. It has modern frame and matte.
