Pre-Prohibition. Early 1900s. Manufactured by Mayer & Lavenson Co. NY. as marked in the bottom right corner. An exquisite sign with beautiful detail of a window view overlooking the water. Carl Conrad & Co. beer bottle labels with the German writing. The colors are bright and vibrant. CONDITION: It shows some minor wear and scratching throughout the piece. The face is clean overall. It has a scuff mark through the area of food and a 2-1/2" scratch to the right of the bottle above the pilsner glass. There is additional wear and scratching to the outside metal tin frame. It has a stain on the right side in the gold towards the upper side. There is a paint chip in the upper right corner in the painting on the wall. There is additional wear and scratching to the outside wood grain edge.
