C. 1950s. The box is colorful and crisp, and shows Popeye skinning a spinach can and Olive Oyl on the front. There is no price tag. It is marked "Line Mar" and "King Features Syndicate." The skater is in fabulous condition, could probably be the best known example. It has an original pipe, orange-peach facial color and rubber wheel. The hands are dark blue. A truly mint toy.
