C. 1934. Sailor top hat is used on this toy. There is a permanent key on the right side of the toy base on and off lever. It has the original pipe. A very scarce original box. There are nice characters printed on the box. The box is crisp, but has laser printed top flaps. This jigger is one of the cleanest ones we have ever sold. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
