C. 1932. A nice, crisp box with partial original sticker on the top. There is one smaller inner flap missing, and one small poke hole and creasing on one side. The box is very crisp and displays well, and is one of the best lithographed Popeye toy boxes made. It is marked "King Features Syndicate" on the right-bottom corner. The moveable parrot version, with nice clean litho. The parrot is named "Salty," and moves up and down as well as in and out of the box. Olive Oyl is also featured on the box sides aprons. It is also known as the Popeye Express Baggage Cart toy. There is minor scratching on Popeye. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
