Pre-Prohibition. C. 1900s to 1910s. Beach Co. Manufactured by the Meek & Beach Co. as marked on the bottom right corner of the gold trim. One of the most beautiful reverse glass signs ever designed. It has exquisite detail and color throughout. An extremely clean version of this difficult to find sign. The best example known to exist. CONDITION: There are several small spots of paint lifting above the bottle on the top edge and below "American" at the bottom, as well as to the left of "The" at the very bottom edge near the gilding. It has an original oak and gilded frame, marked Bees Waxed Sealed Free Float Mounted on the back in modern marker on the paper backer.
