C. 1950s. A very fragile toy. The celluloid figures are strong and intact. When wound, the articulated are swing wildly, and Popeye and Mean Man simulate fighting. Marked "Line Mar Toys" and " King Features Syndicate." From the Mark Kuster Collection.
