C. 1950s. It comes with a high-quality reproduction box, showing Popeye, Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea on the front. The toy itself looks to be all original, including the oars and pipe bowl. It has great action, with the original and correct battery box, which is clean. One of the toughest Line Mar Popeye toys to find. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
