C. 1950s. The box is complete and crisp. There is slight creasing and staining to the front of the box, but displays well. The toy has a bottom traction wheel and original backdoors. The litho is clean. It shows Wimpy, Olive Oyl, Sweet Pea and other characters, along with Popeye around the lithography of truck. Very tough to find in this kind of condition with the original box.
