C. 1930s. Needs flint to spark. Marked King Features Syndicate on bottom-right of Popeye's collar. Popeye on top of hat. The earliest of two Popeye plunger toys. Hard pressed to find a better example. There is some slight scratching on Popeye's hat. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
