The scarcer yellow drum version. Marked "Popeye" on the hat, "J. Chein & Co. USA" on the drum and "King Features Syndicate." It has the original back piece. A squeeze plunger-type toy. Some general wear, and a few spots on the middle of the right leg. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
