C. 1936. Rare version with the red accordion, which Olive Oyl is holding. This is the scarcer plain box version. Olive Oyl has coil hair bun. There is no writing at all on the box she is sitting on. Popeye has an original pipe and arms. Very little wear. Nice lithographed characters around the base, including Wimpy, Olive Oyl and others. Probably the toughest of all the jigger versions to find.
