Pull toy. C. 1950s. Popeye and Olive Oyl heads mounted on top of slinky-type springs. A steel rod lifting the mechanism is located under Popeye. Molded tin with springs and rods. It looks like the original pipe bowl for Popeye. Olive Oyl looks like she is missing her rubber bun. The toy is about as nice as you can find. There is very little to no wear.
