Blue version, which is the earlier version. Probably mid 50s production. It has nice Popeye-related characters throughout. Popeye has blue pants. There is some oxidation to the Popeye figure. Marked "Line Mar" and "King Features Syndicate." From the Mark Kuster Collection.
