C. 1930s early version. It came in two variations, but this is the one with thick pressed steel-type metal tail, which is the same tail they used on the 1940 version, except they used a smaller tail section. Beautiful lithography. Marked "Popeye The Pilot" on the wings. It has the original pipe and propeller. It has some general overall wear. From the Mark Kuster Collection.
