The BACR (Bushmaster Adaptive Combat Rifle) was originally developed by MagPul before they entered a licensing agreement with Bushmaster, who produced the semi-automatic version, and Remington, who produced the selective fire version. Typical configuration with MagPul MBUS sights, adjustable gas regulator, SureFire SFMB muzzle brake and QD suppressor mounting point, TangoDown vertical foregrip on QD mount, and folding telescoping stock. Normal legends, with some added paint in what would have been the third selector position that reads "BINARY", indicating that this gun was fit with binary trigger at one point, but is no longer and the selector does not rotate over. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining virtually all of the factory finishes with some handling marks and superficial scratches from careful range use, worst, a collection of marks on the right side of the forearm, some silvering. Mechanically fine, bore is very good with strong rifling and some mild carbon fouling from use. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
