C. 1920s. A collection of 2 Smoke Piedmont "The Cigarette of Quality" wooden chairs with porcelain sign backings. CONDITION: (A) The sign has good color throughout. There is minor fade and areas of green paint at the base of the Piedmont lettering and on the outer edges. The sign shows minor surface scratching and an area of porcelain loss on the top right-hand. The chair is stable, but does show some minor damage to the wood as well as paint loss. (8.5). (B) There is strong color throughout the sign, as well as good gloss. There is some minor porcelain loss on the outer edges, and surface scratching on both sides of the piece. The chair is in solid condition, with no breaks to the wood. There are areas of minor paint loss.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
