This cast iron cigar cutter is also a match dispenser, made by the Northwestern Company. When the handle is depressed to nip the cigar, it pushes a match through the hole in the lid, and when the match is pulled, it should light. CONDITION: There are areas of plating loss, and added paint to the raised letters of the advertising. There are no breaks, cracks, chips or repairs.
