Pre-Prohibition. San Francisco, CA. Difficult to find beer tray, solid example. Tray has wear and scratching. Finish shows some spidering in the right light, otherwise hard to tell on display. Scratch to the right of the Judge's head into his eyelid. Manufactured by the Meek Co marked on bottom edge above "A GOOD JUDGE" title.
