A beautiful and accurate contemporary Bucks County, Pennsylvania rifle in the style of John Schuler. Rifled two-stage barrel signed on top flat "R * Luckenbill" in script. Germanic style lock, platinum touchhole. Curled trigger, brass Bucks County furniture including a side-opening engraved patchbox lid. Thumbnail designs on trigger guard and ball finial on sideplate. Finely figured tiger maple stock with classic incised Bucks County scrolls on left side of butt and around lock, sideplate, barrel tang, and forend. CONDITION: Excellent, showing little or no use.
