Very desirable set of 1928 Thompson machine gun parts with sling swivel equipped buttstock and forend, smooth barrel with remnant of receiver and forend hardware present, and internal parts including 1928 actuator and bolt. No magazine present. A near mint finned Savage barrel is also included with this lot. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original blue finish. Bores of both barrels are near excellent, shiny and bright. Wood is extremely fine with light handling marks. It has been many years since this cataloger has seen Thompson parts in such a condition and there will always be a desire for Thompson parts this nice, especially the finned barrel. JWK 2024-12-66.
