Circa 1929. Beautiful overall example with wonderful plated surfaces and strong signs remaining on all four sides. Has cap catcher and all four caster wheels (two need replacement pins and are not attached as shown in picture). Two of the signs are nearly perfect with minimal to no detractions whatsoever. One of the side signs has minor scratches while the other has minor paint disruption to bottom. This is a difficult item to find, especially in this condition.
