An attractive custom bowie knife by renowned maker, D.E. Henry. This example features a hand rubbed, satin finished blade marked "HENRY" on obverse ricasso. Henry was one of the first makers to number his knives and this one is numbered "7" on the reverse ricasso. The blade remains bright with its original finish. Hidden tang construction with thick diamond and triangle abalone inlays on the handle. Stainless ferrule and full border around the grip. Handle exhibits scattered light handling wear. Knife is complete with stainless scabbard that features a round stud. The scabbard exhibits blemishes from handling. CONDITION: Very good.
