DWM in script on the front toggle link. Dated 1917 over the chamber. Fine tune front and rear sights. Straw colored small parts. Two piece checkered wood grips. The side plate, stock and the magazine are mismatched. It comes with a first model snail drum magazine and stock and holster. The holster is marked "HINKEL & ORVILLE / OFFENBOCHAM / 1915". The shoulder strap is there but is broken. The iron boot is missing. Inside of the holster is a cleaning rod and a loading tool. CONDITION: This gun retains the vast majority of the original factory applied blue and straw finish. The checkering on the grips is sharp and crisp. The bore is dark and has some light pitting in the lands and grooves. The leather holster shows some crazing and staining. The stitching is tight and serviceable. The snail drum magazine retains most of the original finish. You can see the brown patina starting to come through the finish.
