1870s to 1880s. Presented in modern frame molding without glass. Depicts a view of Detroit, MI at the shoreline and shows a lot of boat, street, and dock activity along with the Parke Davis factory in upper right background. Tremendous detail overall with nice pleasant color tone. Only light soiling, a few very minor marks, some slight discoloration throughout, general overall crazing, and miniscule lifting in a few tiny areas.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
