C. 1920s. A rare piece of Socony service station advertising complete with fifteen one gallon motor oil cans, four five gallon motor oil cans and seven individual grease cans. CONDITION: Display shelf shows light areas of surface wear throughout, with unique Socony marquee at the top side as well as Socony lettering at the left and right. Each shelf shows reprinted Socony Motor Oil lubrication charts at the top. Cans are each in fair to very good condition and display well with the shelving unit. A rare and well displaying piece of early Socony advertising.
