This is a Soviet Russian PPSh-41 machine gun remanufactured and registered by Weapons Specialties. One can detect the rework and refinish by looking closely at the trunnion forward of the ejection port. Beautiful work! Numbers are matching on upper receiver and lower assembly tang, and non-matching on trigger guard and buttstock. Barrel is chrome lined; no visible number found. No magazine nor drum present but these are readily available. A high condition original Russian stock assembly is also included with this lot. Although over 5 million of these guns were manufactured in Soviet Russia, they are a rather scarce item as a fully transferable machine gun in the National Firearms Act registry. Electronic NFA registry indicates “JURINCIE, TIMOTHY DBA WEAPONS SPECIALTIES” as the manufacturer. PROVENANCE: From the machine gun collection of William “Happiness is a Warm Machine Gun” Fleming. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent as refinished. Wood stock has also been lightly sanded and refinished to near excellent. Chrome lined barrel is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt is also near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. This is an extremely attractive looking machine gun and cries out to be taken to the range. A classic World War II machine gun. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2025-09-126.
