Very nice Russian model 1940 50mm mortar, complete with bipod, base plate, and attractive brown bakelite adjustment rings. Data plate on bipod present. Wooden windage adjustment knob not present. Detachable sight not present. Adjustment knob base bears markings "FLEMING FIREARMS C’VILLE INC” with added, “Collinsville” in electro-pencil, as well as registered serial number "DDX002". Mechanics are functional. Bore is extremely fine with some light areas of corrosion and pitting. Not bad at all and a nice display piece, and registered live and ready to take to the range. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4 AS A DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE. JWK 2024-09-158.
