This is a registered Qualified Manufacturing auto-sear in “0. 1. A.” three position handgrip married to what was an H&K Model 94, now marked as an “MP5”. This gun retains its push-button magazine release and “IG” proof. Seven curved, three straight, and one 15-round magazine included with this lot. One clip assembly which will hold two magazines together. Telescoping buttstock with one retention pin. “Qualified Manufacturing” marking on side of sear frame. The auto-sear is present in the sear frame, and its presence married to the rest of this piece is required, otherwise the host gun would need to be registered as a short-barreled rifle. The gun retains its serial number on the top, just forward of the rear sight. Electronic NFA registry indicates “QUALIFIED MFG” as the manufacturer. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent black hard coat finish. Composite furnishings are near excellent. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Very attractive specimen of a very popular recreational machine gun. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
