The APC line was developed by B&T as a modernized version of the MP5. Features include flat top rail, railed forearm with vertical foregrip, trilug muzzle, ambidextrous controls, and B&T folding stock. CONDITION: Very good with some scattered handling marks and rubs. Mechanically fine, controls very stiff, bore is excellent with bright, strong rifling. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4 AS A SHORT BARRELED RIFLE.
