Springfield Armory manufactured M1A machine gun in classic military configuration with wood stock, flip-up buttplate, and bayonet lug. No magazine present. Tiny DoD eagle below three star stamp on left side of buttstock. TRW bolt in gun with electro-pencil 6334 on top of bolt, and remnants of white textile marking on charging handle flat. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent matte blue refinish on metal parts with lightly sanded and refinished stock. Bore is extremely fine, shiny despite firing residue. Bolt face is extremely fine. This is a select-fire machine gun. A very attractive M-14, made more so by the proof mark on the buttstock. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2025-09-217.
